What’s New in This Release
We are evolving our scalable AI-driven automation strategy to streamline workflows, minimize manual effort, and boost operational efficiency.
- Automated Notes – WINGS® will now automatically generate a note entry whenever any of the following actions are performed:
- Creating a document
- Creating or completing a task
- Adding a new doctor, hospital, or clinic
- Ordering or receiving medical records
- Automated Task Prompts for SSD Appeals – When a decision result and date are entered for the Initial Application, Reconsideration, or Hearing Request, WINGS® will automatically prompt a task for the next step in the appeals process—helping your team stay on track without missing a beat.
This upgrade builds on previous enhancements WINGS® clients have already come to rely on, including:
- Automated client emails at every stage of the SSD appeals process
- A secure Client Portal for document sharing and real-time case updates
- Two-way texting with clients directly from WINGS®
- Advanced Lead Intake tools, including:
- eSignature functionality for faster lead conversion
- Lead-focused reporting to track and improve conversion rates
- ERE Connect: Integrated electronic record submission/retrieval through our partner, Chronicle
- Smart Task Reminders that alert users at designated times
