Crocodile Solutions Staff Completes Training Certification

Crocodile Solutions staff has completed the annual Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Training and Certification for 2018. Everyone in the Crocodile Solutions office is now HIPAA Certified. It is critical for companies within the legal field to be aware of the rules and regulations within HIPAA when dealing with protected health information in Social Security Disability, Personal Injury, and Workers’ Compensation cases.

We have developed a program for our clients to utilize so that they may also attain HIPPA certification. This program explains the rules and regulations within HIPAA and how that can potentially impact your firm. We believe that by providing this information to our clients that we can assist in bringing awareness to a critical piece of cyber security that can be easily overlooked by those not directly employed within the medical field.
